<\/strong><\/span><span><strong>English Paper Track<\/strong><\/span><span><strong>: <\/strong><\/span><span>long paper <\/span><span>20<\/span><span>mins (including 5 minutes for Q&amp;A) , short paper <\/span><span>15<\/span><span>mins  (including 5 minutes for Q&amp;A).<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\" translation-block\"><strong>Workshop: <\/strong>Time limits are determined by the individual workshop organizers. You must show your poster to the staff for a preliminary review before posting.<\/li>\n<li>Staff will assign specific locations for each poster; please ensure yours is placed exactly as directed to maintain proper spacing and neatness relative to other works.<\/li>\n<li>All posters must be mounted at least 15 minutes before the session begins.<\/li>\n<li>Stationery for mounting will be provided on-site.<\/li>\n<li>Please note that the use of amplifiers or megaphones is strictly prohibited during the poster sharing session.<\/li>\n<li>The venue will not provide any digital equipment for loan.<\/li>\n<li>Interactive Session: If you wish to be considered for the Best Poster Design Award, at least one author must be present during the interactive session to answer questions and engage in discussions with the audience.
