Guidelines for Presentations
This year’s GCCCE will be conducted via in-person conference presentations.
The time limits for paper presentations in each session are as follows (please ensure your presentation does not exceed the allotted time):
- Main Conference & English Paper Track: long paper 20mins (including 5 minutes for Q&A) , short paper 15mins (including 5 minutes for Q&A).
- Workshop: Time limits are determined by the individual workshop organizers. Authors should consult their workshop chair for details.
- Teacher Forum: long paper 15mins (including 5 minutes for Q&A), short paper 12mins (including 4 minutes for Q&A).
- Doctoral Student Forum: The presentation time for long papers is 15 minutes followed by a 10-minute Q&A session for a total of 25 minutes, while short papers are allocated 10 minutes for the presentation and 10 minutes for Q&A, totalling 20 minutes.
Please strictly adhere to the scheduled time for your paper presentation and report to the session chair before your session begins.
Guidelines for On-Site Paper Presentations
- At least one author must attend the conference in person to deliver the presentation.
- Every presentation room is equipped with a projector and a computer running the Windows 11 operating system with Microsoft Office software.
- Presenters are required to prepare their presentation materials in either MS-PowerPoint or PDF format, saved on a USB flash drive, and bring them to the venue.
- The first page of your presentation should include the title, author names, and institutional affiliations; please ensure you use a clear and legible font size.
- Please note that the conference does not support presentations downloaded from the cloud or accessed via web links for presenting.
- Please note that the conference does not support the use of personal laptops or devices permitted for presenting.
- Before your session begins, please go to your assigned room to upload your materials and perform a technical check.
- Session chairs will introduce the authors and assist with facilitating discussions and taking photographs.
Guidelines for Poster Presentations
Presenters are responsible for preparing their own posters according to the following conference guidelines:
- Poster Content:
- Title: Should be prominently displayed and easily identifiable.
- Author Information: Include names and institutional affiliations, positioned near the title.
- Abstract: A brief overview of the research objectives, methods, and results to allow the audience to understand the core message quickly.
- Visuals and Data: Use clear charts and appropriate legends; avoid cluttered designs.
- Readability: Use clear and legible font sizes; avoid using fonts smaller than 1 cm in height.
- Contact Information: It is recommended to provide the author’s email or contact details at the bottom of the poster for follow-up inquiries.
- Printing Requirements
- Dimensions: 89 cm (width) × 148 cm (height).
- Material: Use light-resistant and durable materials to ensure the poster remains neat and professional throughout the event.
- Restriction: Please do not print on foam board.

On-Site Arrangements
The conference has scheduled the poster presentation session for the afternoon of Monday, June 1.
- Before officially mounting your poster, please locate the staff at the designated area to obtain adhesive tape and other mounting supplies. You must show your poster to the staff for a preliminary review before posting.
- Staff will assign specific locations for each poster; please ensure yours is placed exactly as directed to maintain proper spacing and neatness relative to other works.
- All posters must be mounted at least 15 minutes before the session begins.
- Stationery for mounting will be provided on-site.
- Please note that the use of amplifiers or megaphones is strictly prohibited during the poster sharing session.
- The venue will not provide any digital equipment for loan.
- Interactive Session: If you wish to be considered for the Best Poster Design Award, at least one author must be present during the interactive session to answer questions and engage in discussions with the audience. Active participation is a key factor in increasing your chances of winning.

Note: The GCCCE 2026 conference offers 9 sub-conferences along with an English Paper Track (EPT). Choose the most relevant sub-conference for your paper. For English papers, refer to the “English Paper Track” section and submit under EPT.
How to submit your paper on EasyChair
1. Register
- If you don't have an account yet, please visit EasyChair and register.
- After registering an account, EasyChair will send you a confirmation email.
- The email contains a link that allows you to edit your account information (user name and password). Please remember your username and password to log in to EasyChair.
2. Submit a Paper
- Log in to EasyChair.
- Click [New Submission] and select the sub-conference.
- Complete the paper details and submit. You’ll receive a confirmation email from EasyChair.
3. Edit Paper Information
- Go to [My Submissions]>select the paper>click [Update information]
- You can modify details such as title, abstract, category or keywords.
- Click [Change Information] to save.
4. Review Submissions
- Check all submissions under My Submissions to view or manage your uploaded papers.
